Soft Boiled Eggs

  1. Bring water to boil
  2. Drop in eggs for 30 seconds
  3. Turn down to simmer
  4. Leave for 6 minutes
  5. Shock eggs in ice cold water

Serve with dash of salt and pepper.

Tilapia

  • Tilapia
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Turmeric
  1. Heat cast-iron pan to Medium
  2. Sprinkle Olive Oil or Butter
  3. Spice both sides of fish:
  4. Let simmer for 5 minutes, both sides
  5. Take off heat

Battle Brew

    Prep Time: 1 month
  • Cold Brew Coffee — 4 liters
  • Dried irish club moss
  • Rosemary
  • Sarsaparilla
  • Ginseng powder
  1. Mix together in a blender, add to a 4 liter jug of Cold Brew Coffee
  2. Shake heavily to mix
  3. Leave for 1 month and let herbs extract into the coffee
  4. Strain and bottle

Cold Brew Coffee

    Prep Time: 1 month
  • Distilled Water — 7p
  • Coffee Grounds — 1p
  1. Shake together in jar
  2. Leave overnight in fridge
  3. Strain and serve

Lemon Ginger Tea

    Prep time: 2 weeks
  • Lemon — 2 lemons
  • Ginger — 2
  • Raw Honey — to taste
  • Baking Soda
  • Mason Jar
  1. Boil water in pot
  2. Submerge jar inside the pot of water for 3 minutes
  3. Dry the jar
  4. While drying, slice 2 ginger
  5. Boil water and put 2 lemons and baking soda for 3 minutes
  6. Slice the lemons
  7. Place in the jar lemon slices, then ginger slices, alternating until finished
  8. Pour the honey
  9. Seal and wait 2 weeks

Use: Take out one scoop and pour in hot water and stir to make tea.

Strawberry Milk

  • Strawberry — 1 cup
  • Milk — 1 cup
  • Raw Honey — to taste
  1. Smash the strawberries into a jam
  2. Pour honey onto jam and stir
  3. Pour one cup of cold milk and stir

Strawberry Milk

  • Red Wine — 1 bottle
  • Orange — sliced into rounds
  • Cinnamon — to taste
  • Cloves — to taste
  • Honey — 2tbsp
  1. Pour all ingredients into pot.
  2. Heat to simmer at medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and let simmer for at least 15 minutes, up to 3 hours.
  4. Strain and serve.

Note: Don't let it boil or you will lose alcohol.
