Cast-iron, copper and steel pans. Wood utensils. Wood and steel plates.

Soft Boiled Eggs
- Bring water to boil
- Drop in eggs for 30 seconds
- Turn down to simmer
- Leave for 6 minutes
- Shock eggs in ice cold water
Serve with dash of salt and pepper.

- Heat cast-iron pan to Medium
- Sprinkle Olive Oil or Butter
- Spice both sides of fish:
- Let simmer for 5 minutes, both sides
- Take off heat

Prep Time: 1 month
- Cold Brew Coffee — 4 liters
- Dried irish club moss
- Rosemary
- Sarsaparilla
- Ginseng powder
- Mix together in a blender, add to a 4 liter jug of Cold Brew Coffee
- Shake heavily to mix
- Leave for 1 month and let herbs extract into the coffee
- Strain and bottle

- Distilled Water — 7p
- Coffee Grounds — 1p
- Shake together in jar
- Leave overnight in fridge
- Strain and serve

Lemon Ginger Tea

Prep time: 2 weeks
- Lemon — 2 lemons
- Ginger — 2
- Raw Honey — to taste
- Baking Soda
- Mason Jar
- Boil water in pot
- Submerge jar inside the pot of water for 3 minutes
- Dry the jar
- While drying, slice 2 ginger
- Boil water and put 2 lemons and baking soda for 3 minutes
- Slice the lemons
- Place in the jar lemon slices, then ginger slices, alternating until finished
- Pour the honey
- Seal and wait 2 weeks

Strawberry Milk
- Strawberry — 1 cup
- Milk — 1 cup
- Raw Honey — to taste
- Smash the strawberries into a jam
- Pour honey onto jam and stir
- Pour one cup of cold milk and stir

Strawberry Milk
- Red Wine — 1 bottle
- Orange — sliced into rounds
- Cinnamon — to taste
- Cloves — to taste
- Honey — 2tbsp
- Pour all ingredients into pot.
- Heat to simmer at medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and let simmer for at least 15 minutes, up to 3 hours.
- Strain and serve.
Note: Don't let it boil or you will lose alcohol.
